Returns & Refund Policy

All THE Bread Bag by Lou-bees products are handmade to order with care. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Defective Items If your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with a description and photo of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
